BE AWARE that many real estate agents today are calling themselves Buyer's Agents, and even Exclusive Agents, when in fact their office takes listings, (by contract are representing the seller first). They MUST represent the Seller to get the highest price and terms, and NOT you the Buyer, on their company listings. At best you are not getting EXCLUSIVE representation you may have thought you had. |

STOP! Just answer this question for yourself: WOULD YOU USE THE SAME ATTORNEY as the person accusing you, or even one from the same firm, to defend you in a legal matter? I doubt it!
THEN WHY WOULD YOU EVER USE A LISTING AGENT TO REPRESENT YOU, AS A BUYER'S AGENT?...Doesn't make sense, does it? |
